      Image Magic Questions

      Do I send my actual product to you?

      We recommend that you upgrade your order to include our photography service.  Our expert photography team will be able to creatively photograph and/or video your product which will lead to high-resolution photos or videos that convert to better enhanced images. 

      What kind of photos do I send?

      Most of our customers send either existing photos that they are using on their Amazon listings or basic photos using a decent camera or their smartphone.

      How many photos should I send?

      There isn't a set number of photos to send, but you should provide several angles of your product if you want different angles displayed. Although we can work our magic in many situations, we cannot create different angles without the originals.

      Where do I upload my product photos?

      You will be invited to upload your photos to a dropbox link during the sign-up process. We will begin working on your images as soon as payment is confirmed.

      What if I want to make changes to the images?

      We work hard to perform our magic so your images turn out just how you want them! That's why we allow for up to 2 revisions after providing the first draft of your images. Please be detailed with any specific requests for images/text/colors if you have a preference. If you do not provide the specific text that you want to be included on your images, we will pull text from your listing or a similar listing (unless indicated you do not want any text included). Text changes are part of the 2 revisions allowed with the service. You have 14 days to request revisions.

      If I have variations of my main product what is the cost?

      For $50 we will switch out the color of the product for the variation and keep the background to the main product the same, giving you 7 additional product images for a new ASIN. Different background images are considered an entirely new set.

      Are your copywriters native English speakers?

      Our copywriters live in the United States. Our copywriters are college-educated and are highly trained to write an optimized listing that incorporates the most relevant keywords.

      Payments & Returns

      May I get a refund if I am unhappy?

      Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. We do offer 2 free revisions and will work with you to create great images and listing copy.

      What payment methods do you accept?

      Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal. 

      Misc

      If I do not sell on Amazon, can I still use your service?

      Absolutely! We will design 7 images for you to use anywhere you’d like, as long as they are of a single product/set.

      Do you guarantee increased sales of my product?

      Our highly trained and skilled team will provide you with the optimal listing with the most relevant keywords and amazing images and videos. We, however, cannot guarantee you will sell more product. Also, please know, it will take time for the algorithms to index your listing and results may not be instantaneous. 

      What is the average turnaround time for my order?

      Turnaround time varies depending on the time of the year and the amount of current demand. Our designers "typically" operate on a timeline of 3 - 7 business days for the initial mock-up of the order. Once reviewed by you, we will have edits completed within another 2-5 business days.
